There are no refunds on products purchased and no refunds on courses purchased.

Once payment is completed for any electrical product, interview book, Home Automation or other training course, licence service fee, or related item on this website, the amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Course fees: no refund after purchase, including if you miss a batch or discontinue training.
• Product orders: no refund after purchase, including change of mind or after dispatch.
• If a product arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours on +91 9154681593. Replacement is at our discretion and is not a cash refund.
