1.Online Classes and Books:

No refunds are provided for the purchase of books or video classes. All sales are final.

2.Electrical and Electronics Products:

For physical products, we offer replacements or refunds in case of product damage or malfunction caused by us.Customers can request a replacement or a refund of the original payment within 7 days of receiving the product.Please note, if the product has been tampered with or original parts have been changed, the refund or replacement policy will not apply.
